There she was trained with the greats of Tazz, Tori Porch, Al Snow & Jacqueline As the months went on with tough enough Nidia won the fans over, & even some of the trainers. Gifted and Skilled, Nidia was all that. Tough Enough wasnt Easy,There she would learn, just how hard the biz was. 7 weeks into training Nidia & Chris Were injured and sent back to the Tough Enough house. With Taylor being the only other girl that was left, Nidia had alot to worry about being cut,While Nidia was stuck inside for 3 days, Taylor was out learning how to wrestle and improving her skills. Nidia's spirit proved to be more than her injury, within just a few days she was already working out and stepping back in the ring. Knowing she was one of two women left and needed to prove herself. And indeed that is what she did because on September 27, 2001 at the WWE World in New York, Nidia was announced as the first ever-female winner for the Tough Enough competition, along side with male winner Maven. Both received contracts to the WWE, and soon made their debut in late October of 2001. . Nidia & Maven Nidia first showed up on WWE Events to accompany Maven to the ring, For Mavens short Feud with Tazz. Sometimes Nidia would get involved during the matches. With Tazz dissing her back telling her she shouldn't be a wrestler, That she didn't have the skill to be in WWE. .Back to OVW Nidia was later sent to OVW where she was placed in a Feud with 'Synn', Synn claimed she despised Nidia because of all the Attention she recieved from winning Tough Enough With Synn claiming Tough enough was just a dumb Gameshow. Synn and her Deciples attacked Nidia which led Nidia to return a short time later and beat down Synn during a Match where the Deciples of Synn Faced off against Shelton Benjamin(Of Raw) and Former WWE Superstar Redd Dog(AKA Rodney Mack).This lead to a Match on a OVW Pay-Per-View event featuring Nidia, Red Dogg and Shelton Benjamin Vs. Synn and her Deciples.idia, and Synn battled in the match to the end when Synn went for a Moonsault from the top Rope, Nidia Moved out of the way just in time to send Synn crashing down to the mat hard and Nidia crawled over her for the pinfall. Nidia celebrated on the shoulders of Dogg and Benjamin. Nidia improved her skills even more over the months to follow. Impressing WWE Officials everywhere with her Ring and Mic skill's. Shortly called up by wwe to return for a storyline.
In June 2002, Hurricane was being stalked, during his matches he would receive numerous notes and finally a message on the Titantron. Which lead the Hurricane to solve the mystery of the person who was sending him these messages. In the end it turned out to be Nidia who was stalking The Hurricane. Nidia made claims that her and the Hurricane were once together but he broke it off with her. Nidia went into The Hurricanes locker room and said "You know the sex was great..." but suddenly The Hurricane was attacked from behind by the Debuting Jamie Noble. Noble and Nidia attacked hurricane and we soon found out Nidia and Noble were dating. Nidia and Noble stole the Hurricane's Mask leading into King of the Ring, With Nidia's Help Jamie won the cruiserweight title from The Hurricane, Which improved Nidia And Jamie’s lifestyle, they moved to a new Trailer with a double bed. They both Enjoyed Jamie’s Successful Reign as the Cruiserweight champion, And he managed to keep the title for a long time, Before eventually losing it to Billy Kidman at Survivor Series in 2002 After Jamie lost the title, we didn’t see much of Nidia & Jamie as they were stuck wrestling on Velocity, But all changed when Noble’s Auntie had died and left him 875,000, Now they were living the Rich life, The first thing Jamie brought Nidia was a big fur coat, Which Nidia would strut down to the ring in all the time. Suddenly they were spending money left and right. |
Tough Enough Nidia Guenard From Houston, TX, Wanted to become a wrestler, The desire pushed her to get into dancing topless to Save up enough money to go to Shawn Michaels Wrestling School, Never Did she know she would be working for WWE, Lucky her sister Found a ad Advertising WWE Tough Enough Looking for people to join up. Nidia took her chances and sent in a tryout video, Weeks later to be selected out of Thousands of people to be on the show & Have the chance to become a WWE Wrestler.
