Will Nidia be Tough Enough for OVW?
Many WWF fans watched in earnest last week as Maven Huffman and Nidia Guenard were named the "Tough Enough" winners on MTV following "Smackdown!". But as challenging as the "Tough Enough" experience may have been for Maven and Nidia, their REAL challenge will just be starting when they venture into OUR world - the WWF developmental territories! The WWF has announced that Nidia will soon be coming to OVW, and Maven's been assigned to HWA.
Far removed from the relatively comfortable surroundings of the MTV series, out here Nidia and Maven will have to face other hungry, more experienced developmental talent like Flash, Nick Dinsmore, and Rico Costantino, and prove themselves from scratch to hardened, "old-school" veteran trainers like Jim Cornette and Danny Davis. Cornette himself actually has some very candid comments about pro wrestling training - past and present - and about the potential future of these two latest WWF hopefuls in a current WWF.com article titled, "Winners head to SmackDown!, then the real pain begins"!
